How to Test Your Internet Speed
Test Your Internet Connection Speed
In order for us to be able to have stable calls during our class on Skype, we both need to have at least 0.5 mbps Upload speed.

In order to have some assurance that your internet connection is sufficient, please check your internet connection by following these instructions:
Step 1: Go to www.speedtest.net, then once you are on the page, click the "*BEGIN TEST*" button.
Step 2: Wait for the page to show the results for DOWNLOAD SPED and UPLOAD SPEED.
Once the results show, click the "*SHARE THIS RESULT*" button
Then click the "*COPY*" button.
Once copied, you will see the button will change to "COPIED"
Then paste the result on skype so I can see it....

If you click on it or paste this on your browser you will see the result of the speed test...

Sharing Files for Collaboration on OneDrive (Word Online)
How to access file sharing on OneDrive Word Online
(for English Lesson /Class Notes)
Step 1: Open your email (Hotmail / Live / Microsoft email ) on your inbox you will receive a file with "Class notes" on it. Example: 091 SARAH - Class notes.
You have to select " I trust this-email@hotmail.com" to be able to automatically receive teacher Jen's shares.
click the file link for class notes... "0 STUDENT - Class notes.docx"
Step 2: The File will open...
You will then see the shared word document:
Select "Edit Document"
Then on the pull down menu that will show.
Select "Edit Word Online"
Step 3: Start sharing and editing the same file in real-time
You will then be able to collaborate on the document in real time :)
you will then see teacher Jen's cursor marker on the page when she is online.
